Vitalk has good wins, Wladmir has lots of very good wins that's the differnce.

Guys like Pulev, Povetkin, Byrd, Chagaev, Haye are much better than Vitalis best wins

 

The only reason why Byrd won was a torn shoulder. I would say Sanders, Gomez, Adamek, and Solis were almost as good.

Remember Haye would not fight Vitali.

 

I love Vitali but Ali and Holmes are all wrong for him. Vitali was missing Byrd wildly. How badly would he miss Ali? How would Vitali deal with Holmes' jab if he was feeling Kingpin's jab?

Styles make fights. These are not the best matchups for big Vit.

 

No one loses because their shoulder hurts.

If you quit however, like Vitali did, you lose.

It was a close fight where the frustrated Vitali flat out quit because it wasn't going his way.

Ali in his prime would make Vitali look like Frankenstein's monster lurching all over the ring as Ali plays & toys with him. Vitali would find a way to quit to end the torture. Ali could beat both Klit brothers in same night

 

Ali by decision. I don't see VK knocking out Ali, nor do I see him hitting Ali with enough regularity to get a decision. I don't think Ali could knock out Klitschko either.

 

Imo Wlad is better equipped for taking on a fighter like Clay but Vitali would win nevertheless, he was still a young rather inexperienced fighter when taking on byrd whos even more awkward to fight than ali could ever have been and he was still leading comfortably on the cards when he sustained a shoulder injury that forced him to retire.

Nothing ali can throw would have much of an effect on vitali. On the other hand vitali imo would find it difficult to connect cleanly on clay, though he does have a jab and a hook, but his brothers ar.senal is more refined imo.

 

Vitali would UD Ali, Byrd is similar to Ali, Ali never fought anybody similar to Vitali.
