I KNOW YOU GUYS PROBABLY SEEN THIS BEFORE BUT IN DETAIL WHO AND WHAT DATES WOULD ALI FIGHT FOLLOWING HIS VICTORY OVER ZORA FOLLEY IN MARCH OF 1967, IN ORDER WOULD BE NICE PLEASE, AND HIS CAREER IN THE 1970s.
Muhammad Ali had signed to meet, A) Oscar Bonavena next, in June 1967 and possibly in Japan. B) Thad Spencer was set for September 1967 C) Joe Frazier was also in the mix, for the end of the year 1967. D) Suprisingly, Floyd Patterson II was tossed around for both 1967 and later in 1968. E) Before Ernie Terrell lost to Manuel Ramos, a Terrell II bout was in the future mix for 1968. That is far as the printed articles go. Gregorio Peralta, Robert Cleroux and Henry Clark were late-1968 and or 1969 candidates. Jerry Quarry and Sonny Liston III were never mentioned.

As Pepe said, there was talk of Ali facing Bonavena and Spencer next, as well as a rematch with Patterson (due to his back injury in the first fight). In 1968, you might have seen Ali defend against guys like Ellis, Peralta and Leotis Martin while Quarry and Frazier were being built up as contenders. I think Ali defends against Foster and Quarry in 1969, and then faces Frazier about a year sooner than he did in real life. You never know...Maybe Ali suffers an injury and his career ends entirely. But assuming he stays healthy, these are guys that he may well have faced during those three years.

Buster Mathis had won '6' straight since losing to Joe Frazier in early-1968, and he just pitched a near shut-out 12-Round Decision over George Chuvalo in February 1969. Bob Foster, the Light-Heavyweight Champion was easily destroying everyone at 175 lbs., and this would have been an intriguing bout. Henry Cooper was the European Heavyweight Champion, and he still was clearly the best on the other side of the pond.
