No. He didn't beat Oscar's ass, as much as some of you want to believe it was a virtuoso performance. Ayub Kalule at his best could've put on a better performance against Oscar on that night than Floyd did. I'll give you the other ones - Floyd backed up his talk 100% and put the hurt on guys, but not the Oscar fight. It was not an ass kicking.

you're ******ed as **** if you can't see his point.
He's saying Ali talked trash and acted a villain to get people or more specifically (white people) to watch him lose

I saw his point and I didn't agree with it, so I asked him to prove it. Don't be a jackass.

people are talking about him more because of it. He brings more attention to himself.
Why do you think Mayorga always ends up on ppv even though he rarely does crap to deserve it

Ali's image as a villain had a lot to do with the racial politics of the time. I believe Floyd's image as a villain, as well as his ability to bring in numbers, has nothing to do with race. Prove me wrong.

And it has nothing to do with the color of Mayorga's skin. Ali's situation is not analogous to Floyd's.

Ali had charisma. Floyd is just an annoying kid.

Your idea of beating somebody's ass differs from mine, and likely a large percentage of boxing fans as well.
