Chao-Tzu would even be too much for the overhyped Ameribum. He'd be exposed by a 5th tier Z-fighter, and horribly at that.

What's really funny is that by the time this comic book went on sale, Ali had just lost to Leon Spinks, so when Superman loses the match to Ali, they are basically saying that Superman could not do what Leon Spinks could.
Of course, the alien boxing commission that was hosting this fight took Superman's powers away for the match. Which really is a pointless fight because Superman is not a highly skilled fighter, he's just really strong and indestructible. Due to his high level of power he never needed to learn any technique. (I have way too much time on my hands because I think about stuff like this often)
