I'm huge Ali fan but cmon now no one beats Snaders that KTFO Wlad no one, and i agree with most here Sanders is the best southpaw ever :smoke
moron 13 years into a pro career and 42 fights , you want to point out when Ali started to lose...youre ****ing BRILLIANT
atsch Parkinson is nothing. Wlad was poisoined in one of his fights, and he still dominated the first rounds and almost knocked his man out.
i hope you are being sarcastic ....you never can tell on message boards... if you really think ali is overrated because he lost to a "bum" like Berbick , you are either being sarcastic or just the dumbest mother ****er on the planet
Ali got KO'd by the most predictle opponent ever, a one eyed cruiser who only knew how to throw a left hook, and they immediately calls the guy an ATG. Sanders could throw hooks AND straights AND jabs. It's called to be versatile.
He was showing signs of the disease just after the Foreman fight. The ticks are visible in many interviews from 75 on. Every fight he was in after Foreman should be taken with that grain of salt. In effect, those fights were against a man with a crippling brain disease. :-(
Wlad WAS drugged. But that was ONE fight. Ali fought with his devastating disease for almost 5 years.atsch
Ali made his name off of the Liston fights. Liston was paid-off to quit in the first fight and take a dive in the second. Sanders, as far as we know, is not in the pocket of the mafia, so he will try his best and I doubt Ali can take that kind of punishment.
funny how this is supposed to be a anti Klitscko thread. we could also make a thread about Wlad vs Doug Jones/Jimmy Young cause those 2 fellas were robbed bigtime against Cassius Clay
Oh that's right. You make a great point yourself. Lamon Brewster who defeated such ATG's as Everett BiG Foot Martin had a slightly harder left hook than ATG Sanders. But in defense of #1 ATG Wlad Klitschko,we must remember that he was still young and inexperienced when he fought the legendary Brewster because Wlad only had 42 fights which means he was still a kid.
