The guy who stopped Liston, Foreman and Frazier vs the guy who was stopped by Purrity, Sanders and Brewster? hmmmm

If you force Ali to go at Wlad to try to knock him out, most likely Ali is getting knocked out. Ali was not a front foot fighter. If you force him to be the aggressor, he's not the same Ali.

Big mistake to think for a second that Ali is going after Wlad for a ko. He would not need to change his style. Alis slashing blows and punch output would completely overwhelm his much slower opponent. If Alis shear volume of punches do not ko Wlad the cuts and swelling would. Ali had a chin or iron and a heart of a lion....fighting someone with much less to bring to the table in both these departments.

Well if we're talking about late 60's Ali, I'd favor him heavily against Wlad just based on footwork, combination punching and handspeed alone. To me the later 60's was his true prime and I could see him coasting to a wide UD. Wladimir is way too predictable.

Wlad's skills are far superior to Holmes' skills therefore there's no comparison. Ali would just dance around and eat jabs all night long until he gets tired, then it's all over.

Ali wins UD maybe a TKO, I do not see this as close after 7th rd Ali starts scoring harder shots as klit. slows down.

Ali eating jabs? Ali would be moving side to side landing his much much quicker jab at angles while Wlads far slower jab misses constantly. Ali is just to quick. Wlads would look in ultra slow motion in comparison.

Ali is like an old time version of Chris Byrd. Small guy, with good movement and a good chin, but not the power or size to trouble Wlad.

Wlad would most likely end up stopping Ali on his feet in the 11th or 12th round.

Wlad would be out of Ali's reach. Ali wouldn't pass through Wlad's jab either. Wlad would be just too much. Too big, too strong and too skilled.

Yeah, guys like you are very entertaining. :good
