    Little-known fact: Batman was scheduled to fight Ali but after seeing this he voluntarily gave up his utility belt and ducked.

    Further attempts to make Ali-Batman failed after billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne bought out Ali’s contract.

    But Superman has super powers and can move at the speed of light. Can Wilt Chamberlain do that?

    Plus, Valuev was as tall as Wilt Chamberlain but about 30 to 40 pounds heavier and was a world champion. I wouldn't bank on Valuev beating Ali.

    I have it...actually the magazine reprint!

    Superman apparently learned different forms of martial arts as the years went by after this with help of Batman and his super intellect.

    It's a modern novelty item. Presumably based on tickets for Louis's rematch with Billy Conn, which was supposed to happen on that date but was cancelled.
