I don't think Fenech would have put up that kinda money without some legal assurance he would be covered. Green put up his own Money to get RJJ here, i cant see why Mundine couldn't do the same.

It wasn't Mundines job to get him to the Weigh In, that job belongs to the promoters, Vlad,Fenech and Main Event.

The only fight Greeny made "millions'' was when he attended the clinic with Mundine.

    agree.

i had a bit of a facebook rant this morning about Choc after readin up a bit on it had to delete my comments.

Wlad is to blame! i have a really hard time imagining a top teir major player in the boxing world like Golden Boy would have pulled Shane out without legitimate concern or contractual obligations not being fullfilled!!

the fight should have been promoted through Boxa! we all dont think Khoder is great but he would have done a **** load better then Wlad!!
even with Chocs public profile gettin smaller there was **** all media and actual 'promotion' for this fight!! Sugar Shane Mosley VS Anthony Mundine would have been all over the telegraph and media under a boxa promotion

They didn't do enough to sell it plus i think Mundines used by date has just been realized by the public.

funny how it has been mentioned for weeks that the fight wasn't going ahead, but it took till the last minute for shane to flee.

behaviour from both sides has been ordinary by the looks of it.

    it took long enough.

its been the talk for weeks now, but when it made it this far, it seemed to be all sorted.

and francis, the fight was obviously not off when u declared it, and u couldn't get a refund then cause they were still selling tickets.

so u and little tuck can partially boast.

Shane's management were looking for an advance payment as far back as August. The contract stipulated a mill by 5pm Monday the 21st. Promoters got cold feet and Shane flies out 11am Tuesday the 22nd.
