I actually did not like Mundine when he played league.
I became a fan when I got to know him better as a person and as a boxer.
As a league player daley was the best of his crop, BUT choc was not far behind, and was definetly there and there abouts, a great talent indeed

 

^ BUT choc was FAR greater than Matty Johns, and way more skillfull then freddy, but fitler was more dureable and better defensively.
I'd have choc before fitler in my team, but I would have daley before the lot of them

Jesus Christ. Fittler's highlight reel from when he was 18 is greater than Choc's whole career. You nut huggers do exactly the same with his league career as with his boxing career. It's an interesting case study in psychology to be honest. Imagine how much you would go on if he achieved what Kenny, Daley or Fittler did in their careers FFS. Kenny had won four premierships scoring 2 tries in each before he was 26, Fittler was one of the main factors in Penrith winning their first premiership when he was only 19 years of age. Daley spearhead Canberra to 2 premierships before he was 26.

Imagine if Choc had those statistics behind him how loudly you spastics would bleat. Instead the best you have for him is a trophy won while forced out of position (by Kevin Walters) on a champion team in a weakened competition against the Cronulla Sharks.

Can you see the parallels with the way you nut hug his boxing career too? Bogus titles, best performances are losses (ala 1999 GF) and yet you still claim he could beat guys like Cotto, Wright, even Alvarez who have all achieved more in 2 or 3 year periods in their careers than Choc has in the 11 years he has been fighting.

I said, he was more talented and exciting than fitler, but fitler was steadier and more reliable, (IMO fitler was an overrated piece of **** tbh)
