Mundine considering move to 160...

Yeah...he's great at making money by stringing his long-suffering fans along with empty promisses. Great businessman, sure! Still, a joke of a man! And NO...that's not how boxing works, unless you are a POS. Decieving your fans so cynically has nothing to do with the risk/reward game.

Let's see what happens...A lot of it is talk, sometimes just to keep his name in the media. He has backed up some of the talk, he went to Germany after 10 fights for a world title. He beat Echols, he took on Kessler when people still thought Kessler was a monster. And he beat rivals Green and Soliman. It's best just to take what he says as a grain of salt and let the actual matchups and fights speak for themselves.

The only reason he should go to middleweight is if he has matchups lined up with the likes Pavlik/Winky/Taylor. Otherwise it's really pointless.

 

Mundine would be a force at 160.

I think he'd do well at 160, easily beat Sturm if he could get that fight. Pavlik, he's a very live underdog. Winky i'm not too sure of because he hasn't fought any half decent southpaws. But if he wants to make any noise he has to step it up right away, not **** about with 5 "warm-up" fights.

 

Let me see um WBA force Kessler to be the mandatory, ok i go down in weight to avoid that fight, i could make more money fighting a few bums from Argentina and retire with no more loses and maybe a mega fight with fellow countryman Sakio Bika in Australia.

Lets not forget he has fought Kessler before so you can quit the ducking crap. Mundine has never been on Joes radar ever so you can quit that aswell.
