I think you read it wrong, it's for the IBO World Light Middleweight title not the International title.

It's pretty simple really..... A rematch against Geale was ordered by the IBO and Mundine wimped out rather than take a risk of losing his paper title.:deal

after a random 2 point deduction just for not being german and for putting the hurt on ottke, I think that the deduction threw him off his game and after that he stopped dominating also the knockdown of ottke was not counted.

It says "~ vacant IBO International Boxing Organisation light middleweight title ~"

Maybe that doesn't mean the same as it would for the WBC, that weird "International" without being "world" title. I'm not sure. I know right now the WBC has their International title that Johnson and Solis were supposed to fight for at HW for instance, even though VK is the actual world WBC titlist. These damn sanctioning bodies get so crazy I lose track. Their unique wording, their extra titles, extra champs, yadda yadda.

Strangely, I agree with you. It reminds me of the Bill Murray movie, the man who knew too little.

    1. He lost to Manny Siaca
    2. He got KOed by. . .Sven Ottke :patsch

Ottke was one of the p4p hardest punchers of all time. That's why Ottke got a lot of supposedly questionable decisions, because the judges could tell even though his opponents looked perfectly fine, there was internal bleeding. Internal bleeding=lotta points in the eyes of judges.
