Curious to know wheather you rate the IBO world title Billy Dib "won".

The title Choc held wasn't an interim title, he held the WBA regular title. It may rate lower than some but it's sure higher than others.

I just don't know how you can say who is a real champ and who ain't when you can have over four champions per weight divison.

Remember, when he held the title he was rated higher than the IBF champ by ring magazine so where does that leave him?

 

Billy Dib is very young still ajay.

Im not a huge fan of his but all this time he spends with boxings bigtime players may all pay off in the long run.

 

I dont really rate Billy Dib's IBO World title.
Its more of a stepping stone title...like an NABF or InterContinental type for example.:deal
If Billy Dib beat another Super Featherweight Champ like a Edwin Valero or Humberto Soto etc....then its much more justified.
