actually, i dont agree, mundine would offer some opposition if he ever lost his yellow streak.

Mundine offers nothing for Pavlik. Doesn't matter anyway as the man will never step up and fight anyone outside of Australia.

I would be very intrigued with a Paul Williams-Kelly Pavlik matchup.

the porblem is they may now actually happen as pavlick has no one else with large draw as all the good fighters going to the fighter series.

It's quite a good match up.

2005 Mundine v Pavlik is a great fight.

Pavlik's no big deal............. the super 6 tournament i reckon at least 2 if not 3 of those fighters wld beat smelly kelly

a middleweight or super middleweight fight for Pavlik against one of four championship-caliber boxers, writes Joe Scalzo of the Youngstown Vindicator. An October date seems to be the favored timeline.
    Scalzo writes:
There are three possibilities at 160 pounds -- WBA middleweight champion Felix Sturm, former light middleweight champion Winky Wright and WBC junior middleweight champion Sergio Martinez -- and one at 168 pounds, WBO super middleweight champ Karoly Balzsay. Pavlik's promotion company, Top Rank Boxing, held staff meetings this week to discuss Pavlik's future and got clearance from HBO for all four fighters. HBO is the premier cable network for boxing and has aired most of Pavlik's major fights.

Tend to agree to an extent. I rate Mundine above Martinez
