    The Ref may have had money on Ottke to TKO Mundine I think it was Ottke 2/5 on to win ,Mundine was 10/1 to Win but Ottke to win by knockout was right your own ticket.!!!!!!:hey:hey:hey

    i had mundine winning........a better judge than me said he wasnt...

    so it ****s me. mundine, a sporting champion, that played the hardest sport in the world that requires great cardio vascular (rugby league)....then gets kod by an aparently soft puncher.....who mundine would slaughter on the rugby ground..

    however......wouldnt ottke have been so successfull if he couldnt punch hard enough to hold them back? no. he was a solid puncher. as mundine found out.

    ask rick thornberry.....he went the distance with ottke and Joe Calzaghe....no worries.. (rick had a great chin, big heart, and was well trained)...and even had calzaghe in trouble in 7. rick had mundine wanting to quit at 4......a rib injury stopped rick, (that he sustained before the mundine fight)

    as for rick, he had retired two years previously, but came back to fight mundine for the money. like nearly all mundines aussie opponents.....they were all old, over the hill, and looking for a payday.

    We should not forget this was a IBF fight which is a US based group ,who were quite happy to see him KOed after his 911 comments. Then we had the fact that around 150 Germans died in the twin towers. To me its surprising the crowd didn't jump in and kick him while he was down! Why didn't someone tell him to shut up and just fight .
