A replay of a punch up from an episode of Springer has more interest than any of the fights at the moment.

What, your telling me your not excited about the prospect of a fight of the magnitude and "blockbuster status" along the lines of Rico Chong Nee 2??? Come on now. . .

I wish I had seen this on the day you had posted it, to go to such lengths to discredit your country's most talented boxer is way beyond cringe worthy. Another great post!!!!!

    :patsch

What did geale bring to the table, what was kessler coming off the back of?

Why fight medley for no belt? Who is Golovkin?

Golovkin is a huge name . No doubt you followed him from the amateur scene .

Great post. Another "fan" of the sport.

CP, being away for a few days then coming back and reading another one of your crazy posts only serves to cement my opinion that you are a v.creepy person.

    Another anti-mundine post....really???!!!!

    Obsession.....

If you had to choose between never posting about mundine or never posting about me I don't think you could make a decision, they both seem like such a large part of your life.

Keep up the pretence and keep reading stud :good

    Close but no cigar.

    The spoon to my knife.

    Sure, keep pretending stud!!!!!!!!

    :tired

    Mundine isn't a corporate sell out - http://www.smh.com.au/news/NATIONAL/Mundine-labels-Cathy-Freeman-a-sellout/2007/12/05/1196530714535.html

Chong nee had atmosphere, when geale tried to mimic the danny green walk out it fell kind of flat.

You're right, Chong Nee did have atmosphere - rotten egg gas filled the room, a chemical reaction when you mix Choc with a bum fart opponent.

Masturbation in the full view of my Nanna is better than the main event Ash....

Mate, I know you love Mundine but... You'll reflect on these years as an old man with great shame and regret.

A tip- Mundine is NEVER going to acheive ANYTHING of note in the game hence forth. It's a blatant con. Every fight is the lead up to the 'next big one'. Yeah, he make's squillions by being the most detested man in Oz boxing, but unlike his alter ego Muhammad Ali, people won't grow to praise Anthony or the farcical nature of the career. As time wears on, he'll grow into a bigger fraud than we already see- for **** sake.. give it up.

Mate I can live on the enjoyment of that Danny Green win for 20 years

I think he will get another world title shot....smart thing is to pick an easy target for the first run at 154...now I dont mean easy target like Ganoy fighting Boxrec # 796  ....Im talking round the top 100.

If Choc wins they will target the interim champ in the WBA 154....if choc then wins that, its a title shot

154 is not the most stacked division...its a good move going down there if choc is strong at the weight......I guess we will see if he first makes weight, fights well and is strong.

The biggest question is will anyone actually turn up or pay good money for yet another Mundine sham...

....this really is shaping as Falliga II, and anyone that pays for it is only encouraging more of the same!

The only way this fight will be interesting is if Mundine scores a KO, not a Clavero like stoppage.

He needs a one punch KO win, which won't justify the contest, but at least will generate some more interest, as recently he's fought below par fighters and has only won via points.
