With LoPorto grabbing the opportunity to challenge Trout for his WBA light middleweight title with both hands - the same opportunity that Mundine walked away from. It now looks almost impossible Mundine will challenge for a world title in 2011 - let alone win one.

 

CHB you may want to talk to the administrators of the below link and fill them in on what you know? They only ever post title fights and have mundine v alverez for the interim wba jnr middle weight world title on october 19. Is the fight not going to go ahead CHB? Thanks for the deputy work

The 'interim' tag they've attached to this WBA eliminator is just there to attract no-nothing fans into thinking there's a world title at stake .

Not even Mundine himself considers there's a world title on the line this wednesday night. For that matter, either do Main Event, and they are spruiking the fight trying to promote it .

 

Fair enough CHB, but i can not see in the thread title where it says anything about mundine fighting for a full whole ridgy didge world title?
