I've given you the reason why I post in this thread, what's difficult to understand?

How is it the same as going to the football?
Going to the football costs a reasonable amount of money, time, and effort.
It's pretty obvious someone wouldn't go if they're not interested.

Yet posting on this thread doesn't cost me any money, only a few minutes of my time, and requires almost no effort.
So there could be other motives for posting other than just being interested in the thread topic.
Like for instance, taking the **** out of someone.

I only look at the thread because I can see that I've posted here before.

Perhaps our definitions of what 'caring about the thread' means are different?
I post in it because I see something funny. I'm always interested in having a laught.
However, you post in it because you want it at the top.

You see the difference?

You keep it alive after days and even weeks pass by.
I, and some others see it, and have a bit of a rev up because you've just bumped it to the top.
