I couldn't believe how bad Mundine looked. He was turning his back and copping punches. That was the worst fight I've ever seen him have. I think his dad would have the towel handy if it ever did happen.
But thats why I am The Man, because I keep rising to the challenge". Golovkin and His camp would be choking on there Weeties, after that Bull**** .!!!! Mahunga
Well it seems to have worked for him some farkn how! lol, he is now rated #2 WBA Super Welterweight, Champion is Cotto. Very intersting, i am trying to picture the fight now. Speed wise he is faster than cotto, strength wise Cotto wins easy, mmmmm nope i just dont see Mandy coming out of this one other than getting KTFO. Not sure what they are upto, do they see a weakness in Cotto we do not see because the path looks clear to me, cant get WBA title without fighting Cotto so why has he taken this route? I am left thinking to myself, if his not going after Cotto, wtf is he doing at #2 and why has he got himself there? to what end?
This was posted by our old friend from down Puerto Rico way Ernest , EZ-E on the main board and this man NEVER speaks **** , EZ E - email Late last night I received a call that Chavez Jr has OFFICALLY PULLED OUT of the Cotto fight. I was told that Cotto had recovered well enough to fight on December 4th but Chavez Jr decided that he wouldn't be ready for Cotto but would be willing to fight Wolack instead on the same card. Arum is supposedly trying to now match Cotto with Kermit Cintron and try to matrch Cotto and Chavez jr in March/April if both are victorious. Peace! 18.09.10 @ 00:40:11 Mundine don't even get a mention
These guys in Mandys camp must know something we do not. INTERIM CHAMPION: NOBUHIRO ISHIDA From what i read the Interim champ gets a shot at the title, if the title holder is unable to do so then the Intermin champ becomes the World champ of that division and belt title. Intermin champ is made when the world champ cant fight for medical reasons or w/e , so the top two guys fight it out and the winner becomes the intermin champ who then gets to fight the world champ once his able to do so. Is cotto going somewhere? or he is sticking around in the Super Welter division?
They were rumoured to be sniffing at This content is protected months ago. Ishida would have represented a made-to-measure, typically back door Mundine advancement towards a title. Pillow fisted, rated, and with a record that included poor losses to This content is protected (twice) and This content is protected . There's every chance Khoder's 'generous' negotiating skills put pay to an Ishida fight happening back then They probably saw This content is protected , a well past his best belt holder, as another potentially soft target. But he coughed up his IBF title to Brundrage, who might be 37, but would be seen as far too dangerous a prospect for Mundine! Look for the cheapest, easiest route that doesn't involve travel and you'll find Khoder there, trying to screw that guy's management over.
That leaping frog should never be in a main event again. Cotto v cintron is crap. Kermit dives out of a ring and is rewarded with a ppv fight against cotto? Bs if it goes through.
The General Forum don't even seem to know who our bloke is when it comes to Cotto's next opponent: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=254356
CHB, in the time I have been here you have been a wealth of knowledge for on the spot re reporting of interesting articles. But the question needs to be asked of you....WTF...????? Is that a ****ing Spanish news report....? Can you arrange for a transcript in ENGLISH please.
All they are saying is that Lopez is fighting falliga for the interim latino WBO title (prestigious - can mundine qualify for that?).and that falliga has previously fought the distance with mundine and Zbik.
