    I think it is quite obvious to all that know me/have seen me on the tellybox, that I have never been anywhere near a liposuction machine! :D

    Still being overweight is something that can be worked on. Being Welsh, well the only way to cure that massive disability is to swallow a shotgun! :D

    All jury members are talented, extremely educated, unbiast, clear of mind and soul.

    With all court cases the following must apply.......

    1. The judge and jury cant talk nor comment on the case to the public nor present any bias......this removes at least 10 posters from those positions to date. :D (Remaining posters that have not offered an opinion can be chosen for jury duty or to be the judge.)

    2. Plaintiffs are required to send the evidence in to the prosecutor and the prosecutor to prepare his brief of evidence for hearing date.

    3. Jury will be selected from non bias aussie ESB members that have not spoken out about their position of the case as they have a predetermined thought process.

    4. Judge will be selected from non bias Aussie members that have not spoken out about their view of the case

    5. It is the prosecutors obligation to prove without doubt that the defendant is guilty

    6. Witnesses will be called to give evidence and will be cross examined.

    7. After all evidence has been given and all witnesses called then a final case summary will be presented before jury pass down their verdict

    8. Judges decision is final

    Who the **** are you to demand such things?

    You've already tried to weasel out of the bet, the court case, tried to set the jury and probably owns kiddie porn.

    Leave this to those with a higher moral code.

    Me being at the top of the list of course.
