it's common knowledge he struggled at 160. since moving down to middle, he only made weight in title fights. i don't think it's really important whether he makes 154. at 160 he couldn't bust a grape. at 154 he will hit like a broad on her period
true. but it's one and the same. if it wasn't a struggle, he'd just make weight like everyone else does. but because it drains him, and he is mundine and it's his show, he does what he likes. and that means not busting his back side to make correct weight.
go away.... Tell ya what Ash, I'l go head to head with you in this one. I'l take Medley to beat him IF IF IF, Mundine weighs 154 at the weigh in. I let you off with Ward/Kessler. I didn't think there was a need to start a thread and rub it in. LOL
Don't know him personally and am not on his team. But how many fights has he had at 160? since moving down. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Plus he looks weak as hell recently. There's a reason why fighters move up weights as they get older not down. And if he doesn't give rats arse about making 160 just because they weren't title fights, what kind of professional is this guy? And now he's getting down to 154 for a bull**** title against a no namer.
Point I'm making is he can make 160 when he wants.....not only that but 154 as well....whats your point again :huh
He's never made 154 so it's not a given. Like I said....either way even if he can make that weight, it's not a good move. As a fan, you think this is a good move?
If he comes out and owns Medley then yes.....however I think Mundine will be drained so it will be a very close fight.......so I'm a bit reserved about the concept of making 154.
If mundine fails to make weight, does that meAn the title isn't on the line? imagine the irony if mundine missed the weight by a lb or so, had to pay medley extra, then lost the fight!
