I apologise for adding to stream of worthless mundine posts on here but... If this fight happened, who do you see winning? RJJ for me, still has the skills against a weaker puncher. Would have been a better fight than against green. Would it ever happen?
Once again your debating skills have shown to masterful and well constructed. May I add, your use of emoticons are once again flawless. You really should get into something more deserving of your talents, something llike interior design.
these days i believe mundine is faster then rjj.roy jones is shot!we will see this when B-hop takes him to town.
At 175 i would pick Roy Jones Jr on points. At his shot stage Roy has problems with guys that pressure him which causes himself to lay on the ropes. His legs are shot. As we know Mundine doesn't pressure anyone and doesn't throw combo's either. Mundine has no pop either.
Agree with this. Mundine simply is not active enough in his fights to cause Roy any trouble. His workrate is so low, Roy would simply outwork him over 12 rounds.
RJJ for mine. Mundine's unlikely to trouble him, unless Roy is really shot to bits - and I don't know that he is yet. Styles make fights and Green's certainly didn't suit Roy's - even though, when it was all said and done, he caught him cold. Mundine certainly doesn't have anything like the pop to pull of a similar win. They'll never meet anyway though.
Still remember Choc iceing Guy Waters, and some kiwi bloke for a pan pacific title,he certainly had some pop then, they were both cold before they hit the canvas.
Oh yeah :bbb The good old days Now Mundine had his operations and has recovered he can sit down on his shots again and rotate through his work...his power combos will be back thrown from the body with full pivot...not just the arms Look for Mundine to start iceing fellows out cold....starting with Green
Timo Masua was the Kiwi, a bloke with a fantastic punch himself but chin was a bit dodgy, never lived up to the potential of his amatuer career.
