In all honesty I think RJJ is going to find it tough.

If he was going to regain that spark that made him one of the greatest fighters of all time then he would have during the third Tarver fight.

The Roy Jones prior to his heavyweight win would have toyed with JC in my opinion because he had great handspeed and footwork, using angles that would have nulified all of JC's strengths.

As a huge RJJ fan I hope he goes well because he has already paid the price for staying around to long once before :dead

I'll put money on RJJ against Calzaghe. Calzaghe deserves to be favourite but hardly has one punch KO power. Tarver and Glen Johnson are bigger punchers than JC and they've knocked out RJJ before.

Should be paying juicy odds so definitely worth a punt.

www.paddypower.com has Calzaghe @ 2-7 and Jones @ 5-2 , 25-1 the draw ,are those odds good enough for you ? how much were you thinking of betting ? 5-2's are outstanding odds for someone betting with their heart :good

True , 66-1 for the KO in Jones favour for most of the fight . Thats gotta be worth a niffty just incase it happens , now i like Joe a lot as a fighter and would be a bit gutted if he lost but three and a half Grand would soften the blow a bit , best way to go is imo to have £ 100 on Joe mid round stoppage @ 25's and £50 for a Roy mid round stoppage @ 66's . at the end of the day £150 is **** all on a big ship and the rewards will be quality if one cope's :deal

IMO Roy will probably dominate early but as the rounds go by he'll fizzle out and lose a close decision. The harder cleaner crowd cheering punches will be landed by Roy but it wont overshadow the busy as a bee Joe.

Both have a good chance to KO the other for various reasons.

Im hoping for Jones Jnr victory.

Teke , What reason has Joe ever given you to think he can be Knocked out by RJJ here in 2008 ? and of course we know you will be roaring for Roy but why is that ?
A ,,,, You would cringe if a pomm trained by his novice dad in a corrigated shed up in Newbridge retires 46-0-0 ?
    B,,,,, Roy is Blik ?
    lol

I know a Roy win by KO is slight but one must still respect his power in both hands along with his great speed and timing. Joe has a good jaw but its not iron, he can be hurt by single punches as Bernard showed.

Joe could very well walk himself into another RJJ highlight and be lying flat on the mat or he could just go on his merry way building up pts from go to woe.
