agree with both sox and stiffy on this 1.. i also rekon rekon katsidies has done more in boxing minus the world title's ..well he had the interim wbo..but has a better list of opponents(weither he lost or not he had the balls to fight them) which will only get bigger....

 

True about Katsidis, no other current Aussie boxer can claim they went life & death in a world title fight with a top 5 Pound 4 Pounder in Marquez.

Geale is a good boxer but don't tell me you wouldn't love the rematch to come off with "the man".

Geale would love the payday and the very slim chance at redemption.

 

Mundine should not give Danny a bone, he already gave him one and look what he has done with it LOL! no more, Mundine does his own thing, Danny well he is finished lol Mundine would have to knock Danny out nothing short of that would sufice after what Tarver has done, i would rather see Geale vs Mundine 2 than watch Mundine box Danny all night off the backfoot.

 

Geale would stop mandy this time round. Geales' improved out of sight whereas mandys best days are behind him.

 

thats why id love to see it, both right weight and Geale has improved, it would be a good measuring stick for Mundine and a good fight. Geale also deserves the rematch and to get paid.

 

Obviously i'm a huge choc fan but even if I wasn't I'd have to say that mundine's win over green was one of the best boxing performances against a puncher that I have seen, he wasn't running he was fighting when he wanted to and punishing danny with skill.

I'd like to see both rematches. The boards on here will go nuts.

I typed that out a bit wrong, Mundine fights good on the backfoot but eventually when he comes on he comes forward and puts the pressure on which is what he did to Danny, tbh i thought he was going to stop Danny at times but it just didnt happen.

It was one of the best wins from an Aussie on Aussie soil, one that most people rated he would not win. He did well , i just think a rematch would not be the same, it would be a boxing lesson with alot more backfoot work from Mundine due to weight diffrences, it would take Mundine a year to get to LHW and build up his strength. I just dont see it happening again nor do i wish to mate, i know it makes the both Money but Mundine wont be able to do what Tarver did and it wont help Mundines Legacy, he is best just to leave it at the first fight and if Danny wants to meet him half way then go for it but he wont.

Mundine needs to **** off the domestic scene get seriouse and get some world titles, forget about Danny, its him who is now insignification, IBO strap bs he aint got sht now! Mundine is #1 Contender, Roll with it ! LOL :good

 

mundine won fair and square wont take anything away from him. but i think geale work rate would b too much for mundine.
i always thought it was strange that mundines wraps were continually comming undone.

Mostly the top 10 guys mate, some divisions i dont follow at all and others i do but its mostly the top 10 world contenders, i dont rate our domestic scene very highly lol
