Normally I just like taking the **** with you, but being totally straight with you now, no I have bugger all interest in Geale facing Mandy again.
For several reasons.....

1, Mandy doesn't deserve it because he didn't honour the rematch which was ordered by the IBO. What goes around comes around.

2, Mandy doesn't deserve it because he has nothing to offer and has slipped down the rankings somewhat.

3, It doesn't help Geale at all as far as credibility is concerned.

4, Geale would smash Mandy to pieces today. Even most Mandy supporters acknowledge this these days.

I would have loved to see a rematch within 6 months of their first fight, and I was very vocal about here, but Mandy ****ed that right up by being the dickhead he typically is.

I know you don't believe it, but Mandy has deteriorated somewhat, and Geale has improved a little too. There simply isn't much point to this fight now.

The only thing going for this fight for Geale is a decent payday, but I certainly wouldn't put the money above the things I listed above.
Geale will make decent money in time anyhow, so it's no biggy IMO.

Anyway, that's my opinion.

yeah the Geale incident didnt help his cause, not sure what the reasons for not fighting Geale were but im pretty sure Mundine fans expected the Rematch and possibly a SOliman 2 outcome. He copped it a while for not giving Soliman a rematch and redeemed himself with that fight imo but didnt do the same for Geale which is dissapointing.

im a bit up in the air but i do know i would like to see Geale v Mundine for a second time, Mundine gets a title then it should be workable? unification fight would be N0ice!

 

I agree, it would be nice to see a bit more respect shown to the fighters ... whether you like their choices or not.

My question is if mundine stayed in football and never entered the ring,who and where would danny green be.
I know green would be missing at least 5 million from his bank account and probably beyer/sullivan wouldve been his biggest fights.

What about stripe drews,now that was the biggest disappointment of a fight ive ever seen.
Drews was appalling.

 

Green has stacked on the weight in recent years, so much so he entered the ring against Tarver sluggish and carrying way to much excess. He fought Mundine at 166lb and Tarver at 199lb 5 years apart, he fought Jones jr at 179lb 2 years ago and that is irresponsible from him and his team.
I don't think Danny Green has any idea what he is doing, Mundine has never had a clue. The only possible match up in Australia is Mundine V Geale 2.

 

its amazing how people get on a public forum and say guys like Mundine and Green have no idea. I ask everyone the question here, so you all really think that?

 

Without Mundine he wouldnt have the money to play IBO Monopoly and call himself CW world Champion for the past 2 yrs, only to get Pumped all night by Tarver haha!

The only time Danny looks good in a boxing ring is when he is knocking blokes over, he trys to box he suxs dck and is boring to watch. Without Mundine he would be Danny WHO? hahaha
