Mundine showed some nice skill in the Mosley fight. I know he's shot, but I was impressed. He'd still get school by Lara though

is there anyone in here that was saying lara could compete ggg but saying he loses to mundine ? just curious i know they have somewhat different skillsets but if anyone can "compete not win cause thats truly ludicrus" wuth ggg then they surley would make easy work of mundine

and i never wasted my time but was wondering what really happen... ssm was not backing off his back unjure as to why he quit in the mundine fight but, no some of you are talking when mundine and ssm "hurt"

i really dont wan to waste my my youtubing a ssm v mundine fight

When I was watching it, I got the feeling that Mosely hurt Mundine and then backed off.

mundine had mosley properly hurt, legs were gone, he tried to hold, and went down, should of been called a knockdown. mundine was stunned temporarily, not hurt, there is a difference, his legs were all there.

    thanks man,
i couldnt agree more about there being a massive difference between being stunned and being hurt i thought ssm was finally going get his retirement win with that..

imo, that win was going to come from mundine going down to 54 but i guess ssm is really every bit of 40-42 or whatever he claims to be

really hope this fight happens and its in Sydney!

I'll definately go and will be cheering for Choc!

I dont really see why it cant happen. Choc can afford the $500,000 thats being spoken about in this thread even if he lost $ on the Sugar fight.
Also I dont see why it would do reasonable sales in Aus. It's a legit world title fight against a legitimate opponent and would be a clear step in the right direction in regards to Choc wanting to target Floyd... .

All Choc would have to do is get himself in the news talk up Erislandy and mention how Floyd and Saul are avoiding him, talk his nonsense about how GGG ran from Lara's challenge and its done.

The media here is waking up to Choc's less then spectacular opposition but even the stornch critics of Choc would have to give him his dues against an opponent of Erislandy Lara's class.

Mix that in with Choc's standard base and the regulars who will pay inhopes of seeing another Otke type KO and it would sell.

Would rather see a unification with Andrade for the WBA/WBO belts
Then of course theres possible rematches with Vanes Matiroysan and Carlos Molina (another unification for the IBF if Molina beats Charlo) and also the other Charlo brother coming off that win against Gabriel Rosado

    Demetrius Andrade - WBO
Carlos Molina - IBF / Rematch
    Vanes Matiroysan - Rematch
    Jermell Charlo - IBF?
    Jermall Charlo
    Cornelius Bundrage - Former IBF
    Ishe Smith - Former IBF
James Kirkland - Big name fight
Miguel Cotto - Has not yet signed the Martinez fight

and even after these you have the winner of Canelo/Angulo ready for when they pick up the vacant WBC (Sergey Rabchenko = Easy win)

154 pounds is a very deep division with a lot of talent but its often overlooked, the only guys getting exposure are people like Canelo / Cotto and those two arent even the best in the division!

Erislandy Lara vs Demetrius Andrade - WBA/WBO
Carlos Molina vs Vanes Matiroysan - IBF?
    Jermell Charlo vs James Kirkland
Ishe Smith vs Cornelius Bundrage 2 - IBF Eliminator
Austin Trout vs Miguel Cotto 2
Anthony Mundine vs Sergey Rabchenko - WBC eliminator

i really dont know, canelo proved to be the best in the sww div, floyd took that spot but outside of floyd canelo is still right behind him until someone else proves differently.

lara had been beaten up too much by far inferior fighter,
lara beat trout but so did nelo, nelo beat a undefeated trout and for the people that dont know you are much more difficult to be beat prior to your 1st loss. once you lose someone had already taught you how to lose, and its almost been accepted internally..

once nelo whoops angulo (guys who beat up lara for most of the match) lara will get a chance to accept that taming too.

nelo wouldnt had lost or drew with any of the lara tamers

    lol what a joke

i called this immediately, soon as i saw this twitter (fake challenge/fake call out) i knew the weak minded haters would be out in full force claiming ggg ducked lara (yes lara)..

how am i supposed to take most of you serious.

i mean, blatent ducks like, my cut takes ____ (insert timesframe when its gauranteeed you cant fight) and when thats worked out they decide (out of the blue) that the mecca of boxing needs a temporary stadium built before they can fight...
    ( i know, seriously)

this was one of the most calculated bs mentions ever. this is seriously on the level of setting up a fake deadline clock for a fighter that is NOT affiliated at all with you.. if there was a 0.00001 chance of this happening, never would had tht e post been made. and possibly if lara had anything to off ggg might go detroy him.

all lara has is losing and having draws with C level fighters and some think he could possibly be tops at 54.. LMFAO
