Mundine claims he wants to fight the best and its not about the money yet he has fallen very short of the likes of Katsidis & Darchinian. He is in the bussiness of making money, not proving he is the best as he would want you to belive.

Case in point, he is ducking trout and now says in todays paper that he isnt going for the mandatory because he has a lucrative fight deal with Top Rank.. but who the fck is he fighting? Trouts got a top teir title, winning this title would give Mundine more levrage to challenge Cotto, yet he wont take it.

He is so good why cant he take trouts title and be done with it? its not about money so WTF was todays spin story all about lucrative deal hahaha, Mundine is a fraud. Outside of AUS he is a no body.

 

Gomez hasnt fought at 154+ since 2005

Gomez is very ordinary but he is clearly a step up from the likes of Xavier Tolliver (how **** was that guy?) and Carlos Jerez. I **** myself whenever I check out Mundine's former opponents! What a conga line of ****ing chumps!

A Gomez fight in the US would be a smart move by Team Mundine if they can land it on an undercard for one of Top Rank's up and coming big fights: Rios v Gamboa, Chavez v Lee or Pac v Bradley (not likely to end up here).

I will watch with interest to see if Mundine is legit about stepping it up in the States or is he just talking **** as is per for the course!

 

Let see mandys options........fight Trout for the world title.......or......fight Gomez for recognition & hopefully a fight for a world title..........mmmm.........tough decision.

 

hahaha he strung along the nuthuggers all last year claiming he would have a world title fight in 2011, then claimed Trout made too many demands, so instead of going to purse bid he said he would fight Alvarez in order to become Trout's mandatory. He does so, and wins, but now he says he's not going to fight Trout.

Well the fight I watched he never beat Geale who I had winning by 2 rds. Close fight though & one of mandys better performances but Geale should have go the nod. Mandy should of rematched him but alas he ran & continues to run.

(You had him winning by two rounds, even being knocked down? LMAO. Even the biggest Geale huggers have it 6 a piece, the knock down giving choc the edge..)
