Mundine- worst under card ever

Im a big Mundine fan as you may have guessed but **** me dead he has probably put on the top 30 worst undercards in history.

 

Yep that under card was one of the worst I have ever seen and considering that it was a world title fight there should have been some good match ups on there.

When are they gonna realise that puttting in guys with one loss from one fight is not the way to go on a world title card?

 

why does everyone say world title fight it was an interim title fight

dude appreciate your feedback but your basing this citisism on one fight ....he has done very very well in the last couple of years he chooses one opponant and doesnt ko him and out come the anit brigade????

....im far from a mundine nutthuger believe me but the critism of this fight is unjustified given his recent performances.

Fact is your saying mundine was **** cause the guy he fought didnt get KO'd??? (even though it was a complete beat down and shut out on the cards :huh )

...well looks to me "given" that in his last fight he KOd soliman brutally its not that Mundine is ssssoooooo **** it seems to me the kid he fought last night had a decent chin and a ton of heart. Why not say "Soliman was **** cause Mundine KO'd him and Nevas went the distance???.....

man cmon ask yourself if you were his biggest supporter afta green and solimon what with all the negativity over shutout he pitched last night...yes i saw plenty of mistakes mundine made but nothing thats worthy of the hatin that goes on here.

Mate.. first off read your own post. You clearly say, how come if he KO'd Soliman in his last fight I am being critical of this fight. Every fight is judged on its own merits. It was a bad performance. I never said he is a crap fighter. He just would lose against the best if he fought like last night. It was just that, a bad PERFORMANCE. Doesn't mean he can't bounce back from it. I never said he was ****, I said he fought like ****, by letting a guy of that level take rounds off him, tag him, and by not getting him out of there. He was back to trying to be Roy Jones again, something he is clearly not. He nees to step it up if he fights one of the top guys.

 

On that note.. imagine a card with all our top guys. It'd never happen but wouldn't it be nice to see a dream Aussie Card...

Vic, Mundine, Kat, Briggs, Green... throw some of the younger guys - Kickett, Dib, Haumono. THAT would be a night I would happily pay $50 for!

How can we get this ball rolling fellas? Anyone got a spare couple hundred million dollars?

 

Mundine is the star attraction.....so who needs an under card....5000 people went along to see Mundine.....no point in spending more money on better fighters....and yes it was a bad under card....yes it would be better if the fighters on the under card were better...but you guys would find another reason not to go anyway....and if you all hate Mundine so much dont watch the fight....I thnik he is ok and needs the Aussie public to support a champ even if it is a regular world title.

 

It look like you will never buy a PPV card, boxing doesn't work like that.

I don't care about the caliber of fighters they put on but they have to provide some more even matches. Only the Withers fight was competitive, the rest of the fights were ridiculous.
