In person I would just ignore him and not associate with someone like him.
I certainly wouldn't use any racial comments to debate or offend him.

On the forum I pretty much do the same except when I feel like a bit of a **** stir, then I rev him up a bit.

Of course you do, but then it sort of defeats the purpose of ignoring him?
In any case, it's just as easy to not have him on ignore and skip his posts.

Thanks for the background Couldhavebeen, I read the board much more than I post so was reasonably aware of his Mundine fascination, but didn't realise he was that much of a hypocrite.
Never been a big fan of fights on the internet but people here do keep it clean most of the time. My concern was just about the race issue, I'd hate for an upstanding Frenchman who was casually browsing the forum think we were all a bunch of bigots.
They have nice wine and girls afterall.

If you've seen my ESB posts you'll know I very, very rarely abuse and never play the racial card - except toward this particular muppet! - and he's bought it on himself.

The dozen plus ESB posters who had (or have) the twerp on ignore can't be all wrong can they? - and remember that was before we found out he was French!

We have a system check on ip addresses, its automatic and part of the code for that check is to see if the ip address already exists in the user database, if it does then its flagged as a cheater and comes up in staff tools as a cheater, both accounts are displayed. So based on that i can tell you that this guy is not luds or atleast he hasnt signed that username up to the site. There is no username luds on my site.

Only the admins of ESB could really tell you if Luds and 20a87 are the same user/share the same ip address, i dont think they are otherwise he wouldnt have got back into the site, Luds was banned wasnt he?

 

I dont know if Luds was banned? I think he may have evaporated with Mandy's weigh loss....

Interestingly, both Luds & 20a87 disappeared at EXACTLY the same time some months back - the very same day in fact.

It was a couple of weeks before the limp-wristed Frenchman returned, and can't remember whether Luds actually ever did.

A 'new' poster/nutter threw an ADT fit on ESB the night of a recent Green fight. May well have been Luds under a new name - the IQs and opinions certainly bore an uncanny resemblance.
