I think we all agree that Mundine needs to step it up in 2008 and close the gap on rankings of fighters next year. No longer can he fight top 100 guys then expect be be ready for top 1 or 2. Also no longer will the Aussie public stand for average fights. So I have compiled my list of top 10 fights Mundine should look for in the next year. 1. Winner of Joe VS Kess 2. Larsen 3. Allen Green 4. Bute 5. Froch 6. Lacey 7. Inkin 8. Andre 9. Sanavia 10. Danny Green if he wins a world title Lots more to look at but I will be happy if Mundine fights just one of these guys. Whats your top 10?
Why haven't you ranked the loser of Calzaghe vs Kessler? My top 10 of preferred opponents: 1. Winner of Calzaghe vs Kessler 2. Bute 3. Froch 4. Lacy 5. Loser of Calzaghe Kessler 6. Inkin 7. Andrade 8. Dirrell 9. Larsen 10. Pascal
fair crack, won't fight any of them as they are all currently ranked. it will be a south american or asian taxi driver coming up from middle or junior middle.
Mundine frustrates the **** out of me.So much potential but he just doesnt step it up. He could beat every supermiddle out there but he is very mentally weak. He doubts himself more than one would believe. His cockiness is all a front. Even though i dont like the bloke i still have to admit i would love to see a aussie in the p4p rankings as a undisputed world champ, and i think mundine is the man at the moment to do that.
Mundines got to step up in 2008 against one or two of these guys if he wants a real title...otherwise he will just defend his regular title against top 100 guys until the cows come home.
If JC gets knocked the **** out by Kessler that doesnt mean he is better than Mundine. Let JC and Mundine fight to see who is better.
I agree, and that was why I said Mundine fighting the loser would be a good fight too. Look at my ranking. I was answering ashley who said that there would be no point in fighting the loser.
The latest I have heard is that the eye is now clear (no redness) is still blurred vision and should be right in a month or so. Have also been told that he is now more hungry then ever and is keen to get back in the ring. just hope he stepps it up against good opposition.
