you cant die of ketosis. (unless you have an underlying health issue...like diabeties) native peoples were often in a ketotic state.
what a difference a few months and getting a fright off Geale makes 31st of March he was gonna be king of MW after he beat Geale http://www.news.com.au/couriermail/story/0,20797,25268918-10389,00.html?from=public_rss now hes the pioneer getting world titles in differentweight classes going down in weight without leaving Australia.atsch the circus and clowncar of Mundidiots rolls on.
He's been singing that tune for years bro, and even as early as his win over Bajero. I remember reading how he said that the Bajero fight would likely be his last one in australia for a while. Then after he beat Green he said no more tune ups as he only wants big fights from here on in. atsch
Is anyone else sensing the possibilty of a Mundine burn out. It might come in the form of a legit injury or mental fatigue. There wouldn't be many boxers out there counting thier chickens before they have hatched like Mundine is. Dropping wieght like he is must be unerving and with the spotlight firmly on the "pioneer" he then has to jump back in and legitimise the contender. With all of this happening in the short term he is still promising something unexpected in the next chapter of the "Pioneer" legend. The pressure is really on for Ants, mostly provided by his own camp and the rest by the boxing public quitely waiting for him to slip up. Is it possible this time next year 2010 Mundine will be known for having a nervous breakdown and performing the "I'm a little tea pot" dance at a major press conference to announce taking on the likes of Pavlick or Sturm????
You are making it sound like Mundine actually cares about the crap he talks or what people think of him. Deadly Medley will put an end to all this. IF....Mundine does come in at 154. and we both know that it might be overly optimistic to think he will.
The stupid thing is if he does lose due to coming down in weight it will be just pointless.... and I'm not going to give him props if he wins. Basically IMO he is on a hiding to nothing.... His career has been a desperate waste of sublime natural athleticism and ability and reading all these threads today just made me think that one day when his career is over he will wake up and realise how, although Khoder made him a heap of cash, he stopped him from being all that he could be as a boxer.
