    AWESOME FIGHT!!!

All that hard work pays off, he absolutely mutilated Leben and had him gassed halfway through the first round.

Big congrats to my pal Mark Munoz. He is legitimately a contender for Andersons belt.

    nope.

look at the past 4 opponents. Dollaway, Simpson, Maia and now Leben.

with this past win he will be ranked 3rd on fight matrix behind Sonnen.

if anything there is a 4 way elimination between Munoz, Chael, Bisping(if he wins), and maybe Belcher.

Silva camp has showed disinterest in a Chael rematch, other than a Bisping who wins convincingly agains Miller, I don't see anyone more deserving of a shot.

If he moves into it to fast he isnt going to win anything other than a title shot and a brutal beatdown if he wants the belt he will play it smart keep on training cleaning out the division a bit more then maybe late next year early 2013 he goes against Silva and gets the belt as Silva is prolly on the down slide and Munoz is going up

    disagree.

He'd be ready to go if he got the call early next year imo.

Maybe 1 fight away against another top contender due to the stacked division, but he's ready to go next if he got the call and he would present many matchup problems against Andy.

Even if he improved his striking for another year it wouldn't make much of a difference against Andy anyways and his strengths in the clinch, takedowns and positioning are what would give him his best chance of winning anyways. He's got that on Silva and he doesn't need a year or more fights, it won't make a difference.

Would love to see him against Chael though for the shot. I think Mark has a great chance at beating him too.

It's called hyping a fight sir.

but do you really think a year and a few fights will gain Mark any sort of advantage in the standup areas that Andy doesn't already outclass him in now??? do you really think a year and a few fights will gain Mark a bigger advantage in takedowns and positional wrestling that he doesn't already have now???

Andy along with Mino, Wand, Shogun & Werdum have sought out and trained with Mark for years now to improve their wrestling and all have been ragdolled by him repeatedly. If you've ever seen them train you would know very quickly how much of an advantage Mark has at that range if he were able to get it there, which he can.

Lieben wanted out. Not a great display of heart. I've seen boxers with much worse eyes that continue and don't tell the doctors they can't see. Disappointed in Chris, he didn't seem the want it.

    Tell that to Mayorga.

You always have a punchers chance when you have the power. You don't quit because you're tired and have one eye. That would be considered quitting on your stool in boxing. Chris was having his moments and could have turned things around in a split second had he landed something. He seemed to be glowing with confidence and looking as if he had laser like focus, until he got hit and outworked. Mental midget. V. Ortiz took **** for that against maidana and was knocked down 3 times before calling it a fight and the whole world now says he has no heart. I guess boxing has different standards.
