Hate to say it but I'll be amazed if Jeffries gets anywhere near a world title.

To be honest mate i don't think he will. Never been that sold on him but like him and hope he does well. Moving from Gallagher was silly move and i think back to Olympics he never looked at ease in ring. Decent fighter but world level maybe a bridge to far.

Best Jeffries can do is become a Clinton Woods. He needs a lot of refinement to even be that good, thats if he's as tough.

 

I agree with everything you've said here....but you've got to admit that win, lose or draw the Munroe story is a hell of a ride. From binman to world title challenger, you couldn't write this stuff.

 

I don't think he'll reach European level either, a great lad but like you I've never been that impressed with him as a pro so far.
