    State sponsored also sounds a bit vague. Say it was the Olympic committee that back the PED use, would that make it state sponsored?
    Kinda easy to do some word play with these things.

    The state never admitted to doing it. It was bribes, aka corruption. Now you are making up lies. The source I gave you explains it well. I dont believe in conspiracy theories, this was politically motivated.

    Yeah, you could easily say the Exum Wade scandal back in the 80’s and 90’s was state sponsored in the United States, word play is key here.

    Russian hackers attacked my country some years ago. It´s a long story but it turns out it was just some Russian hackers launching DDoS attacks.
    New was first that Russia itself started a cyber war :lol:
