Madrimov knocks him off balance and Kalombo goes down. Not hurt though. Kalombo landed a few nice hooks to the body.

 

I think he is quite a bit better, but he would definitely loose to a solid world class operator.
From Ring ratings, I would not pick many whom I would favor Madrimov to beat.

 

Does Liam Smith really find it easy against both guys?

I know Paul Smith is one it the commentators but Liam isnt head and shoulders above these

Madrimov coming out aggressively, chasing a finish, Kalombo is stunned by a combination of hooks but he's firing back and recovering well. Kalombo looking tired now i think. Never really went to a ninth round in his career. Longest fight lasted 7 rounds. Madrimov landing big shots, Kalombo takes it well but was stunned a couple of times. Kalombo finishing the round well.

 

Man, Madrimov vs Liam would be fantastic!

"The General" coming out aggressively, throwing some heat but Madrimov too quick and skilled. Madrimov eating some here. He looks tired and sloppy. Kalombo giving a **** and coming forward. Kalombo landing some good shots this round. Madrimov playing it safe, he looks tired and exhausted.

Not super impressive in my opinion though.

 

Kalombo has some serious assets but needs a better camp. He's too lazy. Fighting in spots. Looked alright everytime he was going for it. He's obviously no world beater but it was ridiculous how some guys in here thought he'd be some bum and Madrimov would walk right thru him. Not gonna happen.

 

Madrimov is unbeatable..when he's not tired, in the begining.Maybe it's his unorthodox style and muscules making him tired so fast.He should think about that.

Not that much I'd imagine.

Hes 26, has massive olympic style experience, including WSB.

I'd imagine hes largely the fighter hes going to be.

Definitely needs to work on his conditioning.

 

Easy work for Giyasov as expected. TKO in Round 3 after another KD in Round 2. The Mexican never really wanted to be in the ring tonight.
