How many ****ing warnings do you need to give before you deduct a point?! It's not like it'll change the result of the score Jesus ****ing Christ.

    Round 10

Velásquez is grabbed and judo-flipped onto the canvas. The ref walks Akhmadaliev to his corner and tells him through a translator he is on the verge of losing a point for the next foul he commmits. Velásquez is bowling in shots on the body and cuffing Akhmadaliev on the side of the neck on the inside, but can't get more than one shot to stick consistently. Akhmadaliev just moving and countering too effectively - when not holding or pushing down or fouling. :sisi1

    10-9 Akhmadaliev

    99-91 Akhmadaliev

I hope the fight opens up a bit in the 12th when the favourite follows his corner's advice and goes for the KO. Then, we get a KIKO right hand from Chile...

@IntentionalButt I just came up with an incredible nickname for Velásquez.

    José "Hell Awaits" Velásquez:D

Velásquez is pawing out the left jab and trying for body shots, but only scraping it slightly, like attempting to pierce a tapioca bubble at the bottom of a cup of boba tea in half with that big dumb straw. Akhmadaliev is walking him onto combinations galore, 5 or 6 punches landing in a go before he starts to even move his feet to reset and begin again.

    10-9 Akhmadaliev

Velásquez has been down exactly once in his career, in an eight round split draw with then-unbeaten Peruvian-born countryman Juan Liner "The Hawk" Valerio Huaman in 2013.

Theres alot of good fights to be made at Jr. Featherweight, reminds me of the good old days with Morales/ Barrera, Velasquez/Marquez ect.
