I don't think that he was fighting last night

 

Very good fight. Buckland is one tough kid and it was nice to be reminded that Murray is a good prospect.

 

brilliant fight last night, great bravery from buckland now id love to see murray v mitchell, what a tear up that would be

 

good post, these were my exact thoughts. i like murray and his style but at world level if thats where he is going he is going to be made to pay for those shots or else he will pick up a strap but everytime he defends he will go life and death and wont be making too many defences

as for buckland, that corner seriosly endangered his health and pointlessly kept him in when it was obvious he had no chance of winning. fights like these result in tragedies or punch drunk 30 year olds which in the long run is seriosuly bad for the sport

All these posters stating Murray will be too strong for Mitchell blah blah blah. Murray looks good at domestic level and pretty strong but for crying out loud the guy don't move his head!! If Buckland can hit the target numerous times wot the hell do u think Mitchell will do. Mitchell is stronger than people think plus he is quick, has a chin and moves his head and feet. Murray is too slow and predictable for the higher levels. He is too square on and is so easy to hit. There is only so much punches one can soak up. Mitchell would dance round this kid and box his head off.
