Murray/Roasado

This. I'm also a bit of a Rosado fan, he's got square balls and always brings it.

 

Rosado has ton of heart I can root for that but Murray is level above and should grind out a win. Good crossroad fight. Loser should consider calling it a day.

 

This is actually pretty good fight for both fighters and for the fans. Fight will make £££, risk getting brutally ko is relatively small - Neither has one punch ko power and Murray doesn't have the output to break Rosado down.

Rosado can make this competitive and safely move away when danger. Murray will corner him every now and then, but can't break him.

Stylistically Murray is made for Rosado

Murray just plods forward with a high guard, has a decent jab but little movement and just tries to out work guys on the inside. Murray will 9/10 times let the other guy get off first and then apply pressure when the other guy stops punching.

Rosado has better movement, more offensive variety, I basically think he is more skilled then Murray.

I still think Murray is going to win because he is so much bigger and stronger physically. Murray will out tough Gabe but I see it ending up being a scrappy fight where Murray takes over in the 2nd half of the fight.

I can't see it being a war unless Gabe proves to be strong enough to keep Murray from wrestling him and dirty fighting him. I expect the ref to let Murray get away with all the cheap little veteran tricks he has and I also think Murray will get a little help with the judges too. I think Murray wins 7-5 ish but the scores will be more like 8-4 or 9-3.

 

I think most praise him for his toughness more than anything else. He's alright... Good gatekeeper

 

I don't think a stoppage is unlikely either... Rosado has a **** ton of scar tissue, Murray by cut stoppage mid-late is certainly a possibility.

 

I absolutely agree with most of it, but i would give more credit to Murrays pressure.
How effectively will Murray be able to pressure Gabe, is what will determine the outcome.

 

Rosado should have gotten the nod imo. I had it 115-113 For 'King' Gabe!
