Why on earth would there be a Sturm rematch....Sturm EASILY won the first fight, plus it wasn't even particularly exciting, so who would want to see those two go at it again?

Come on Len surely you'd rather see Martin face a man that punched the **** out of the Champ last time out than some z lister that BJS destroyed ??!

Of course Murray will probably be in a better fight against Sturm, than against Fletcher, fair enough, BB.
Id just prefer if it was someone else getting the shot at Sturm....eg HNN. Macklin, Blackwell, Andy Lee......etc etc

So far only the Mail seem to be going with this story. Been checking Das Bild (german media) ---no mention of Sturm v Murray???? Dunno? :good

    Sturm 'EASILY' won it??

I thought Sturm edged it on the night, but it was a close fight.. Murray could very well turn the result on it's head in a rematch.

I'd rather see a rematch between Sturm & Macklin though.

Agreed Id MUCH rather see Macklin rematch (or some other deserving guy getting his shot, not the vastly overrated Murray).

Yes Sturm won the first fight clearly (116-112, 8-4) or better.
Do look at it again Furey, you were like most people probably surprised at how well the - at the time - unhearlded Murray did in his first big fight, but he was WELL beaten. Remember too Sturm was below par, only doing the bare minimum at that time.
Murray will be the one turned on his head if rematch goes ahead.

I watched it again since seeing it live and still thought Sturm should have been named the winner but he certainly didn't clearly win, not in my view anyway.
