This has had me thinking a lot. I'm really not sure. I reckon if Murray doesn't knock Mitchell out, and Mitchell doesn't knock Murray out it has a very good chance of going the distance. However, i heard the Liverpool Echo haven't been paying their electricity bills too, so the power could turn off. Unless Frankie hasn't invested in some candles then it won't go the distance. I think we can discount the reappearance of fan man as a.) This is an indoor venue b.) He bit the dust a while ago. I was also reading that the United Baptist Church of South Georgia think the Apocalypse will come at 2100hrs GMT which also means this fight won't go the distance. The Institute of Continental Drift and Antarctic Survey are also worried that a mini ice age is due on Saturday meaning temperatures will plunge to minus 30 meaning both boxers will have to wear fur coats, woolly hats and woolly gloves on their gloves. The BBBoC have warned they will not sanction any fight in such attire, which means the fight won't go the distance. My assessment is this fight might not go the distance. Regards ChristoDuran
Every chance, these are 2 very fit lads...:yep I think that Murray takes him in Round 9...:yep I just wonder if Mitchell has had enough time to get on top of everything and be much better prepared than he was last time. He said that on interview Tibbs had an agreement where he could pull the fight if he wasn't ready...:yep I am really looking forward to this one...:happy
Very good chance of it going the distance. Neither are big punchers and Murray who'll be pressing the fight relies on accumulation and grinding it out.
Yeah I think it's pretty likely to go the distance to be honest. As said already neither are massive punchers and they both seem fit and ready for it. Murray close decision IMO.
Murray's punches aren't going to hurt Mitchell, I can only see Mitchell hurting Murray, but Murray has proven to have a decent chin but hasn't really been hit flush with someone who hits as hard as Mitchell. Mitchell will be too classy and takes it UD, but I hope Murray wins!
Am I missing something here? I don't know a great deal about both, but I knew enough to know Mitchell would never beat Katsidis. From what I see, Mitchell who has been blasted out and had personal problems moves up from super featherweight to fight a good, strong undefeated lightweight who is supposed to be world class. If that's correct, Murray wins late. Am I correct?
The Mitchell Johannson fight I'd say is the key. Mitchell is too small for this weight, and I see John walking right on through him
Could definitely see it going the distance. I don't see Murray being able to stop Mitchell at all. Could potentially see Mitchell stopping Murray late, but Murray's very rugged. Good good chance of it going to distance.
It's a distance fight or a late stoppage for Mitchell in my opinion. Either way I believe this has the potential to be domestic fight of the year. It has classic scrap written all over it for me.
