Well, Murray would say that wouldn't he. Until Roach got hold of Khan I thought Murray had the beating of him. After seeing Khan post-Prescott I must admit that he looks to be on the cusp of something special and we've seen glimpses of a Khan boxing very smartly indeed. I want to see Murray against Thaxton the most anyway- that's the biggest lightweight fight in Britian at the moment.
reason it wont happen is Hennessy not wanting to loose his fighter, understandably. to eliminate risk Warren always gets options on risky opponents who come up against his boys. Murray could only step in the ring with Khan if Warren got a 3 fight option on him, should he win.
