after my cycle yesterday, my calf muscles are stiff and sore

if i rub them, it hurts

is this a good idea to rub and massage them?

is the pain this brings on a good pain?

will it make the stiffness go away?

wont make the pain go away, try doing a 10 min warm up and stretch your legs statically holding for over 20 seconds dont stretch cold muscles

Use heat to relieve the stiffness and some active motions to relieve soreness. Heel raises would do.
