The lower left side of my back right above my hip has been hurting (sort of burning i guess)whenever i rotate or bend fordward or backward. I have already missed 2 days because of it and dont know if i should rest till it gets better, or just deal with it and go today.

I did 5 rounds with it on friday, but i had to stop after that, as the pain was actually lowering my performance a bit after that...

Its kind of a problem cause everytime i dont workout i just feel shitty the rest of the day, or next day, till i do workout.. Probably the same with everyone else as well right?

Maybe just som skipping, and light shadowboxing, or do you think it would be ok to spar/work the bag? If so, maybe only use like half rotations and focus more on speed?

Stupid post. If it hurts don't do it. Obviously, if you've strained a muscle take a week off or however long it takes to heal.

Pretty much. I'm not trying to be a *****, but when someone gets injured whether it be a boxer, bodybuilder, football player, martial artist whatever, they need the rest and time to heal just the same as an average person. So when someone wants to carry on through the pain it just seems stupid to me.
