Cotto dissed Cintron?

Wow, people are really reaching these days to start things. I read the topic andwatched the clip waiting for Cotto to make some type of disparaging statement about Cintron. Instead, Cotto made a very accurate statement (he was in 2 difficult situations against Margarito and failed to get out of each, his words don't carry much weight) that lacked any ill-will whatsoever. Cotto is a gentleman. You think he's gonna waste his time focusing on comments that mean absolutely nothing? He answered the question the right way and if you think it was so disrespectful then maybe you're just sensitive.

Cintron should have just took the PC route and said something like "it's gonna be a good fight."

 

wow that was a beatdown...cotto was a beast there and i think it was only his 6th fight.

 

I love Cotto's attitude on being focused and doing the right things. He understands his rise and the prize to be gained. I have far more respect for his persona than "others" Cotto is on the verge of greatness and is doing it in all the right ways.

 

did we just watch the same interview??? Cotto seems to be as shy and soft spoken as in any interveiw. Its just not in him, He is a guy that will have to let his in ring action do his talking for him.

Something I found interesting in that interview that I noticed no one eles picked up or is ignoring..."If I didnt think that I could handle his punch then I wouldnt have signed for the fight" Maybe this is the reason that Arum said No to Floyd when he asked him to make the fight...Maybe Cotto dont think that he can win...I dont like that comment that he made, it shows something that he is only willing to take fight that he thinks he can win, but he is good enough he should think that he can win every fight vs anyone.:huh
