    I agree with this list.

Calzaghe is 'the man' at LH - like it or not - that is why everyone wants to fight him. Hopkins was 'the man' at LH, Calzaghe "beat" him, Dawson doesn't get a look in.

You could also argue Pavlik over Abraham - which is a fight that needs to happen. Pavlik maybe has a better claim, although I would go with Abraham H2H for certain.

He said there IS 4 more continents.

He's obviously counting Europe and North America. Read it close..

Anyway, of course Kessler is number 1 in SMW division.. if not.. who is?

Pavlik "maybe" has a better claim?????????????

Taylor beat undisputed champ Hopkins twice, and vacated the IBF title.

    Pavlik beat Taylor twice.

Arthur won the vacant IBF title in a fight with Ikeke. Ikeke never did anything significant before he fought Arthur, nor has he done anything since then.

There is no "maybe" in this one.

H2H? There was a period of time when I thought this would be a good fight while it lasts. I've watched quite a bit of tape of Arthur lately, and I've changed my position. This is going to be all about Arthur taking an ass whippin' he'll never forget.

I don't care about geography. As far as I'm concerned, Russia - in any shape or form - isn't part of Europe.

Actually, you're spot on there. I was wrong, Pavlik does have a better claim. However, H2H, I would disagree, Abraham has too much for Pavlik. Way too much.

To much of what? AA cannot outbox Pavlik, and walking around the ring wiht ear muffs on hoping for one big shot will not get the job done. Riddle me this; how many tall, long armed, heavy handed, high work rate, accurate, world class opponents has Arthur faced?

    I'll wait.

I'll preempt Ikeke. His fighting style was NOTHING like Pavlik's. He gave up his height advantage by crouching and leaning over which means he has to raise his chin to look at his opponent. As Steward says, Pavlik fights tall. He looks down on shorter opponents which means he tucks his chin. So the one thing he had in common with Pavlik isn't even a valid comparison.
