zale by KO 8. a complete war. best for best, two of the toughest middles i've ever seen but zale edges it here. round after round his body work takes a toll on barkely who slows down, while zale soaks up the incoming damange. iran is finally dropped in the 7th and stopped in the 8th with a deep left hand to the solar plexes
Good prediction.......but I don´t know......I like Barkley in this one.....He is incredibly big for a MW, too strong......and I can´t see the smaller Zale being able to prevail here.....I mean, I can....but I wouldn´t bet my money on that..... Zale IS the greater fighter in terms of resume....but I think this is a bad matchup for him....would be a war....would be 80% of the time on the inside IMO...and I see Barkley winning this war, maybe dropping Zale once, and getting the decision in a close bout..... Barkley by UD.....
yeah, the size makes me wonder to:think barkely looked MASSIVE against duran, more like a light heavy and zale was relatively small for a middle
barkley bigger, zale better chin someone by mid to late ko/tko if in ny/ac i bet barkley, zale elsewhere. so i guess i say zale
also worth considering: is this same day weigh ins? barkley was able to rehydrate a ridiculous amount in part due to the rules of the day. might well have an effect on the size difference
