You rarely step back when he throws shots. If you step back and counter back you would be more effective. You are tough, but that wont give you points! In my opinion he was better (more clean shots), i assume that they gave you a win because you were more aggressive then him.
Positive: You're calm and don't panic. When you do throw your jab, you interrupt him. Negative: You're letting him tee-off on you, use your head movement to make him miss and use that damn jab, you have a good stiff one.
Good work Amin. You need to move your head after you have thrown a shot / combo and / or use angles for defense (and offense) more. You seem to keep your head in a vulnerable position (i.e. smack in the middle) and your defense seems mostly based on getting your hands back to head as quickly as possible. After you have thrown a shot / combo it seems that you get your hands back to your head and then wait for him to throw back at you (as if you are taking turns). Instead of waiting, you need to: Vary your head movement (slips, rolls, duck) and combine it with side steps and pivots for defense (and to set up offensive opportunities). I'm impressed though mate. Some very good work for only 15 bouts. You have boxed some good lads too so you are doing very well. It's clear you have talent and you put the the work in the gym. Well done young man !!!
its easy to tell you are fairly experienced and you are at a good level.good to watch too, id pay to see that style
