i dont know, baby. im a lot bigger than our boy amin, i have a solid beard and i can punch. plus, i have crazy stamina. i ran a marathon in march and i can spar for an hour with no breaks. im beastin with it.
what's wrong, cupcake? your boyfriend not ****in' you right? you re a ****in' ***** for defending a grown man like that. i'm embarrassed for your parents.
Mike Tyson went to the Olympic trials. That's a pretty good amateur career in my opinion. BTW not all of us are meant to be world class athletes. That doesn't mean we can't live successful professional working class lives while boxing on the side like I do.
What was Rocky Marciano and James Toneys amateur records? It depends who you fight and the scoring system and the 3 rounds means that your record really isnt the make or break to be a good pro
For 16 Fights, youre Good, I like it. Just need a few Tweaks,of where and when, and How, impressive :good.
:deal I got no input on the tweaking thing since i dont have experience or eye for that but agreed on the looking good for 16 fights part.
You have absolutely all the tools one would need to set the pace and distance and control the rounds. You're rangy enough, fast hands, educated feet when you mind them, well placed shots. It seems your overall plan is what makes you look bad in front of the judges. You start out doing well, but suddenly your chasing after them while squaring yourself up giving your opponent chances to counter. Jab more and check them when they try to come in. You have the upper hand even before the rounds begin. Anyway, gotta feint lots more, move laterally and, again, control distance and the tempo. Don't lose your cool. Got to box more.
Orriray pretty much nailed it. You need to continue to develop your style. Using angles (pivots and step around, dont just stand in front like hes a heavybag), feints, and HEAD MOVEEMENT HEAD MOVEMENT HEAD MOVEMENT. Even when your on the outside and nothings going on. Dont give your opponent a static target. It would really compliment your style. If you continue to develop your style you will be money. Also your style is more suited for the pros than ams
There's nothing wrong with doing boxing as a hobby, not your main focus but Amin wants to become a world champion so I'm just telling him to work harder and not lose fights.
