I see you like heavyweight fights Hoya - may I suggest Foreman vs Lyle, cracking fight. Also what about Benn vs McClellan?

I'm actually just getting into the HW scene at the moment. I've always found them a bit slow and cumbersome but I've come to realise its a division with an incredible depth of great fights and fighters.

I will check out Foreman-Lyle, thanks for the suggestion.

I doubt I'll ever watch Benn-McClellan. I'm sure its a great fight, but I don't have the stomach for it, considering the consequences.

    I haven't seen it, no.

Personal favourites are a bit different to 'best fights ever' though. I was seriously considering both Casa-Chico I, and DLH-Quartey, many people consider both fights boring, but I can watch them over and over again for some reason....

    Casa-Chico 1 is a classic.

Trust me, Arguello/Pryor 1 would make the cut. :good

    Yeah, but it's due a re-watch.

McKinney also had a very good fight with Bungu if I remeber correctly.

Also, I suppose you the right man to ask, which is the best of the Pacquaio-Barrera fights?

Neither from my point of view.

The first one had more action, but it was a one sided drubbing.
The second fight did not have as much sustained offense from either guy, but it was also fairly one sided on Pacquiao's behalf.

Neither of them are great fights, but the first one is a masterful performance. If you're going to watch either, watch the first.

It's hard to talk about Benn-McCellan for obvious reasons, but I watched again a a few months ago (first time in 10 years ago) and it is still shockingly brutal and why people go to boxing matches. It has to make a top 20 list.
