Decent effort, looks like you could be packing glass in that chin though. I'd easily render you unconscious with a pawing rangefinder jab to the temple, scramble your noggin. I'm talking h2h (I weigh 175) or p4p. Either way I put you on ***** street within a rd.
stay behind that jab!!! it sets everything else up. the body work gets you the clean headshots as well. i will reiterate....you cannot back up in straight lines. you're asking for trouble when you do so. instead, circle away to get an angle on your opponent so that you can attack again. you could have stopped him if you went back to the body. he was anticipating the headshots. realize what set up those clean headshots to begin with. i noticed you turned to your corner as the referee separated you. always keep your eyes on your opponent. thanks for sharing!!! keep up the good work.
Yes I see you are boxing in straight lines too. Your pad trainning is also fairly one dimensional. Your right hand needs to snap back much faster otherwise a goood left hooker will have your number. Your right foot looks to be in the air as you are throwing the right - either as you punch or just after as you lunge slightly forward leaving you vunerable. Practice lateral movement e.g. duck under a punch and to the side before throwing a counter. Train your defence so you can step back and then to the side (left or right) giving your opponent much more work to find the target. Going in and out along the same line won't be enough as the opposition get's better (esp of they are faster than you) - mix it up so your opponent doesn't know where you are going to next or where your next punch is coming from. Keep up the good work.
