    1. ray robinson - this guy needs no explanation .. nobody in my eyes deserves number 1 but this guy ...he literally beat everybody in his time
subtract burley and maybe a couple others .. this guy is tops no doubt

    2. henry armstrong- 3 division champ at one time .. many say if he would have just stayed at 126 where he was natural he would have kept
steamrolling the competition holding that belt for who knows how long ..but doing what he did showed an impressive will that deems him
    the 2nd spot

    3. robert duran - as explained earlier ..the domination at 135 ..beating leonard at 147 was huge . picking up the title at 154 over a hot prospect .. then eventually winning
the 160 pound title in a classic match 25 pounds north of his start ..this guy is a legend ..no reason he shouldn't be top 5

    4. ray leonard - winner of possibley one of the best 4 fighter round robins in the history .. tko wins over hearns and duran then comming in after
retirement to whoop hagler ..then continue to do buisness at even higher weights ..no reason this man isn't number 4 ...

    5. muhamid ali - another fighter that needs no explination .. guy fought virtually every possible heavyweight he could .. multiple times! ..
only reason i dont have him lower is he was a heavy so it's kind of hard to make him pound for pound

    6. pernel whitikar- no one else on this list had the capabilitys this guy had to make such top notch comp look so infurior ..he beat the best of his day
sometimes without losing more then a round or two!! .. his skills took him as high as the delahoya showdown ..which he should have won making delahoya miss
and pay ... whitikar is a definite for top 10 .. no doubt .. nobodies made it look easier .. you take away the shaft jobs you got yourself a case for top 5

    7. archie moore - the old man .. capable of turning your lights out with a single cagy right ..or unorthodox angled hook .. a man who beat a list of whose who
archies dominance at 175 puts him a solid number 7 at my list..only reason he dosnt go further is cause he didn't do too well at heavy ..

8.harry greb- a man i know a little bit about ,...i just know he whooped alot of great great fighters .. and by all accounts my own ignorance is why he isn't higher up on the
    list ...

    9. roy jones jr- a guy like whitkar ..capable of shutting down all time great competition and looking invincible in the process ... this man is awesome despite losing some fights
i for one didn't hop off the train like many .. i still see his greatness .. to do what he did took alot of skill and will

    10. julio cesar chavez-a guy who steamrolled over copetition .. i see no reason with the record he had against the great fighters he fought why chavez can't be top 10 .. i think alot
of went on with don king and such leaves people with sour grapes over julio .. but a case can be made
